UMHI Terms of Service

Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the UMHI website or related services. Your access or other use of the UMHI site or services constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms of service set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the UMHI site or services and should exit immediately.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you," "your," or "User"), and the Ukraine Military History Institute, a program of the Borderlands Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization ("UMHI," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Ukraine Military History Institute website, podcast content, educational materials, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

The Ukraine Military History Institute provides:
